Yes, every month Sunteck Handicapped Welfare Home has to bear a huge expenditure to take care of 22 kiddies in the center. Our budget is RM265 thousand a year! Moreover, we did not charge any fees to families who sent their kiddies here. We believe in love: family’s love to the kiddies, and social care for the vulnerable groups.
